A Better Birth Experience offers an easy-to-follow, 10-step guide to help women have a more positive birth experience and can, in many cases reduce the chances of having a Cesarean Birth. Each step is full of practical advice as well as tips and techniques that are available to every woman. Jennifer More has spent her career assisting women with their births and she has brought this experience to help the mother-to-be have a birth where she is in control and where she is empowered to make positive choices to achieve the birth experience that she has dreamed of. Whether you are planning on having a baby, are already pregnant, or have already given birth and are planning more pregnancies, there is very practical and useful information for everyone.

During the workshop, Jennifer will break down the information provided in her book, A Better Birth Experience. Each of the 10 steps will be discussed and students will have an opportunity to ask questions to learn more about pregnancy and childbirth.
