Jessica De Los Ríos

Jessica De Los Ríos is a birth doula, registered prenatal yoga teacher and a placenta encapsulator. Her love for pregnancy, labor and childbirth began through yoga.  She took her first prenatal yoga teacher training in 2011, which blew her mind open to the wonders of the female body during pregnancy, labor, and childbirth.  Since then, she has gone on to complete over 125 hours of training, spanning both prenatal yoga and doula workshops. Jessica now travels internationally with Jennifer More as her assistant, training new prenatal yoga teachers, and has also mentored apprentice doulas.  Jessica is passionate about empowering women through the transformational experience of childbirth.
