Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table and the mat. As a CA CMT, yoga instructor, herbalist, and owner of Integrative Healing,(www.integrativehealingnapa.com) she enjoys empowering her students through specific alignment cues, and always likes to mix a little laughter & fun into her practice. Known for her intuitive style, she loves to inspire students to discover their breath as a compass, moving gracefully through their own practice. Continuing her yoga education with Janet Stone, of SF, Jennifer is currently working toward her 500-hour certification.
