My name is Carine Belloc, I was born in 1980 in Montauban in south-west France, I had travelled a bit, I lived in Italy for a while and I finally settled in Montpellier in 2012. I’m practicing yoga and I have studied with different teachers since 2002. In 2010-11 I did my teacher training for Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga (Yoga alliance 200h) with Gérard Arnaud. In order to teach Vinyasa to pregnant women I did the 85h Prenatal Vinyasa with Jennifer More to complete my training. And I also trained with Bernadette DeGasquet in pre and postnatal yoga, since she is a reference in France. The yoga I’m offering is meant to be at the service of people to help them connect with themselves, to listen to their breath and to fell better in their daily life. Besides to yoga I’m interested in women circles, I practice afro dance, chanting and I love to travel.

Mon nom est Carine Belloc, je suis née en 1980 à Montauban dans le sud-ouest de la France, j’ai un peu voyagé, j’ai habité en Italie et je me suis enfin installée à Montpellier en 2012. Je pratique le yoga et j’ai étudié avec différents professeurs depuis 2002. En 2010-11 j’ai suivi la formation de Professeur de Yoga Vinyasa et Hatha Yoga (certification Yoga Alliance 200H) avec Gérard Arnaud, puis pour pouvoir enseigner aux femmes enceintes, j’ai complété ma formation par un diplôme 85h en Vinyasa Yoga Prénatal auprès de Jennifer (Wolfe) More. Ainsi qu’une formation en pré et post-natal auprès du Docteur Bernadette de Gasquet, référence en France. Le yoga que je propose se veut au service des gens, pour les aider à connecter avec eux-mêmes, à écouter leur respiration et à être mieux dans leur quotidien. En parallèle du yoga je m’intéresse aux cercles de femmes, je pratique la danse africaine, le chant et j’adore voyager.
