Anna Boone originally came to yoga after many years of being a competitive endurance athlete. Used to pushing her body to mental and physical extremes, Anna struggled to make peace with her body and listen to the limits it was setting. After only a few months of a regular yoga practice, Anna became aware of her blossoming mindfulness and never turned back.
Inspired by her teachers, Pete Guinosso and Jennifer More, and her own journey in mama-hood, Anna teaches thoughtfully sequenced, vinyasa style flows for pregnant yoginis. With an eye for detail, an understanding of alignment and the pregnant body, Anna’s classes are athletic, creative and joyful. Anna’s training includes a 200 hour certification with Pete Guinosso and a 90 hour prenatal certification in with Jennifer More.
