85 Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

Study online and learn to teach prenatal yoga and postnatal yoga with 60 hours of pre-recorded video lessons and 25 hours of live, interactive meetings with Jennifer More.

This certification course is offered in 2 parts:

Part 1 – Pre-Recorded Course Content

Students will watch 60+ hours of pre-recorded videos. These videos can be watched at any convenient time. Each video is well organized, covers a specific topic, and is presented at a length that allows students to fit this course into their busy schedules.

Part 2 – Live Zoom Sessions

Students will also meet with Jennifer and other students for 20+ hours. These live meetings allow students to ask questions, practice asana, and generally learn more about each section of the pre-recorded course content.

Tuition and Enrollment Information
Jennifer More shows her student the various muscles and organs that make up the female pelvic floor
Jennifer More points to a group of muscles on her student, who is wearing an anatomical representation of the abdominal muscles. Jennifer is teaching how diastasis recti occurs and how to prevent the separation of the muscles.
A Student demonstrating half moon pose with the pregnancy belly. The pregnancy belly is used to help simulate the size and weight of a third trimester pregnant woman. This helps us demonstrate and practice prenatal modifications.
Jennifer More is holding a model of a placenta and teaching her student how the placenta and umbilical cord function.

Live Zoom Session Schedule

There are six Zoom meetings plus one assessment meeting.

      Hi! I am very interested in an online yoga training course. Is it available now?
      I am in Japan and there is 16 hours gap with the Pacific zone, so I am not sure how I can take part in live sessions, but I still would like to take this course very much!
